Regional Training Session Cancellation Policy
If you have registered but have not yet submitted a credit card or PO, please contact our office to cancel. If you have already submitted a credit card or PO, the cancellation
policy is dependent on when you notify us.
- No refund will be given for cancellations made less than one week prior to a training session.
- A 50% credit will be given for cancellations made between one to two weeks prior to a training session.
- Individuals canceling must call our office for a cancellation number before they can receive a refund.
- In order to avoid cancellation fees, schools may send replacements for registered participants that are unable to attend the session.
- Full credit will be given for all other cancellations.
